Share the items and destination.
Send an item list, photos, quantities, your location, and your preferred grading company. Include relevant edition or condition details and any questions.
Agree on the submission.
We review applicable requirements, service options, coordination fees, grading charges, and shipping arrangements. Confirm all costs and the return route before sending items.
Prepare the handoff.
After arrangements are confirmed, ship using the instructions provided. Items are reviewed on arrival and the submission is coordinated under the agreed plan. Conservation work is a separate, optional service.

Submission coordination does not guarantee acceptance, authenticity, a particular grade, or increased value. The grading company makes those determinations. Any additional preparation, charges, or changes to the plan should be discussed before proceeding.
