We agree on pricing authority, the consignment period, expenses, and arrangements for unsold items before listing.
The final selling price of each item determines your payout tier. The applicable percentage applies to the entire item price, with no fixed per-item fee.

Payout examples are after REPLAY64’s commission and before any separately agreed expenses. Any additional marketplace fees, payment processing costs, shipping, insurance, or preparation services are disclosed and agreed upon before listing. Sales tax and buyer-paid shipping are excluded from the selling price used to calculate commission. Tiers apply per item, rather than to the combined value of a collection.
We welcome inquiries about video games, consoles, graded collectibles, comics, manga, trading cards, artwork, autographs, figures, and memorabilia. Acceptance depends on condition, value, and suitability for our audience.
Payment arrangements are set in the written agreement. When appointed to collect payment, REPLAY64 represents only the seller as their authorized collection agent. The seller identifies REPLAY64 to buyers as authorized to accept payment on their behalf. Payment received by REPLAY64 counts as payment received by the seller; buyers do not owe a second payment if REPLAY64 fails to remit funds. Seller proceeds are remitted promptly, without waiting for delivery, inspection, buyer approval, or another future event. Brokerage and consignment do not include holding funds in escrow.
No sale, selling price, or sale timeframe is guaranteed. REPLAY64 does not independently authenticate items or guarantee grading outcomes. Descriptions and disclosures are based on the information available and our documented review.
The written agreement addresses returns, refunds, chargebacks, responsibility for loss or damage, the consignment period, and the return of unsold items. Chargeback protection is not automatically included. Applicable marketplace and payment provider rules also apply.
