From one collector to another

The graded game community is amazing, and I’m grateful for the people I’ve gotten to know through this hobby. Unfortunately, like any community, there are a few bad apples, and seeing people get scammed takes away from what should be a fun experience.

I’m a collector myself. I know how much time, money, and care go into building a collection, and how much trust it takes to send someone a valuable item.

I am already regularly entrusted with tens of thousands of dollars in customer-owned games and collectibles. Adding escrow is a natural extension of that trust and gives buyers and sellers a neutral third party to help protect higher-value transactions.

The goal is simple: give buyers, sellers, and traders a neutral third party and make higher-value transactions with people online a little safer.

How it works

For buyers and sellers

01 / AGREE

Set the details together.

The buyer and seller agree on the item, transaction value, and terms. Contact REPLAY64 together to confirm the service fee, shipping arrangements, and release requirements before sending anything.

02 / RECEIVE & DOCUMENT

Send the item to REPLAY64.

The seller ships the item to REPLAY64 first. I document and photograph exactly what arrived, then review it for obvious condition issues, discrepancies, damage, or other concerns.

03 / REVIEW & CONFIRM

Know what was received.

The buyer receives the photos and relevant details before completing the transaction. Once both parties are satisfied, payment takes place directly between buyer and seller. Both must confirm payment and completion of the transaction before release.

04 / PACK & SHIP

Complete the handoff.

Once the agreed confirmations and release requirements are met, I securely pack and ship the item to the buyer using the shipping arrangements agreed in advance.

Trading instead?

Two collections. One coordinated exchange.

Both parties send their items to REPLAY64. I document and photograph each arrival, review it against the agreed description, and share the relevant details with both sides. Once everything has arrived, matches what was agreed upon, and both parties confirm they are satisfied, I coordinate the exchange and ship each side their items.

A condition review, with clear limits.

I’ll do my best to identify anything that appears suspicious, including a possible counterfeit, reseal, reproduction, altered item, or other issue. This is not an authentication service, and I cannot guarantee that every fake, counterfeit, reseal, or alteration will be detected.

For transactions up to and including $10,000, the fee is 2.5% of the agreed transaction value, with a $50 minimum. Transactions above $10,000 require a custom quote.

Secure shipping & receiving

A staffed receiving location.
A personal handoff.

Secure receiving

All packages are shipped to a staffed commercial receiving location that accepts deliveries from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other major carriers.

Packages are received and held securely until I personally pick them up, so items are not left unattended on a porch, patio, or outside delivery area.

Domestic & international

Domestic and international transactions are welcome. I can receive and ship packages internationally as well.

Any applicable international shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the appropriate party. These responsibilities and shipping arrangements should be confirmed before items are sent.

Beyond graded games
