Before you send

Photos first. A plan before you ship.

Please send clear photos and a brief description of what you would like addressed. Include the title, platform, whether the game is sealed or opened, and photos of any areas of concern.

Any work outside the listed service will be quoted for approval before it begins.

Care & expectations

Results vary by material and condition. Scratches, stains, dents, and other defects may remain. Cleaning and grading preparation do not guarantee a particular grade or grade increase. If an area appears too fragile to treat safely, it will be left untreated.

Conservation cleaning does not include restoration.

Grading submission fees and shipping are separate. Explore grading submissions ↗
